What exactly is a Bulging disc?

  • Weakness, numbness and tingling in the legs
  • Causes muscle spasms
  • Pain worsens with sneezing, coughing or bending over

Bulging Disc Causes

There are numerous things which cause bulging discs and they include:

  • Age
  • Degenerative diseases
  • Strain on back
  • Height
